Where Acceleration Takes Place for Agri-Innovation
Our Agro-Solution Center combines the knowledge exchange platform with the farming-as-a-service model to accelerate the extension and commercialisation of agricultural R&D. Our objectives are to create values across four core areas of focus:
Enhancing Sustainability through providing the knowledge exchange platform that truly empowers growers to adopt sustainable practices.
Unleashing Scale-Up Potential, maximise the value of Australian R&D outcomes by leveraging the rich labour supplies and rapidly growing demand of the ASEAN region.
Development of the ASEAN Agriculture Supply Chain through industry-specific implements, fertilizers and chemicals diversification and digital capability improvement.
Facilitate Bilateral Trade - increase trade relations between Australia and Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, enabling cooperation and development within the agricultural sector.
Bridging Technology Transfer between Australia and Vietnam
Our farming-as-a-service model bridges technology transfer from Australia to Vietnam through the 2,500-hectare demonstration farm in Australia and the 1,000-hectare demonstration farm in Vietnam. We connect and enhance stakeholder engagement among government bodies, R&D institutions, AgTech developers, green finance providers, agri-preneurs, and contractors through six core services:
Showcase – The case study of policies that support farmers and the commercialization of new technologies, machinery, and equipment.
Nutrient Solutions: Scientific and evidence-based solutions focusing on efficiency, enabling farmers to do more with less, added with a carbon credit accreditation model.
Mechanization Model: Services include increased productivity and resilience through mechanization, combined with a carbon credit accreditation model.
Smart Model: This involves full digitalization and infrastructure development to support modern farming.
Varietal and Chemical Solutions: We facilitate varietal exchange and contracting for resilience, along with chemical franchising initiatives.
Green and Innovative Finance: We support Bonsucro accreditation and promote green and innovative financing solutions toward agricultural transformation.
These are the ways we commit to drive innovation and sustainability in agriculture for the benefit of stakeholders throughout the value chain.
Fostering the application of Scientific Advances in Agriculture
We are committed to furthering the integration of scientific novelties, especially agronomy, automation, and digitalization, into field design and planning. The main focus area includes:
Precision Field Design and Leveling: Enhance resilience against climate change, increase crop productivity, reduce nutrient loss, and provide a basis for achieving better mechanical operational efficiency.
Farming and Mechanization Systems: Using scientific fundamentals and local data on soil, weather, and agricultural practices, we develop site-specific farming processes along with a selected list of appropriate machinery and equipment.
Agronomic Practices: Strategic planning in variety structure and characteristics, improve fertilizer application by comprehensive soil analysis and calibration in pesticide use based on in-depth pest and weed assessments. We strive for efficient input use while achieving full potential productivity.
These solutions contribute to the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices that would enhance the productivity and resilience of farms in the face of climate change.
Developing New Capacity for the Supply Chain toward a Sustainable Circular Economy in Agriculture

M&A, Production Cooperation: We supply agricultural machinery, equipment, and smart devices with competitive prices adaptable to the conditions of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, together with operational transfer support for farmers and contractors to ensure effective execution.
Collaborative Manufacturing Projects: We support value-added chemical supply, formulations, and efficiency-enhanced fertilizers. This will result in better utilization of material inputs and further reduce emissions while improving crop productivity.
These are going to provide a more viable agricultural platform that also contributes to productivity and environmental aspects.
