Coffee Trader

  1. Responsibilities:

  1. Job Requirements:

Finance Executive

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor cash/liquidity for each single legal entity
  • Management of treasury account
  • Opening and closing, change bank signatories i.e. addition or deletion
  • Maintain the master list of all the bank accounts and bank contact lists
  • Prepare for interbank fund transfer, short term deposit settlement
  • Follow up on treasury settlement issues
  • Support on the production of liquidity forecast
  • Monitoring of the counterparty exposure limits by bank
  • Liaise with bank relation managers for banking matters
  • Process hedging transactions
  • Assist in monitory cash flow and placement of cash
  • Maintain master lists (bank accounting listing; Bank guarantee listing; Drawn down listing; Loan schedules; Revolving Credit Facility Listing; Fixed deposits/term deposits listing; User/token account listings etc)
  • Prepare / coordinate banking board resolutions and minutes for all subsidiaries
  • Audit schedules relating to cash management and accounts payable
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and system development projects
  • Consolidate and submit weekly cash position to Finance Manager
  • Consolidate weekly cash flow forecast report from all subsidiaries and submit to Finance Manager
  • Perform cash flow forecast and variance analysis
  • Check and record timely of all investment transactions, if any
  • Initiate daily cash pooling debit and credit transactions daily
  • Prepare loan agreement/promissory notes for all long-term loans
  1. Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking, or equivalent.
  • Preferably Singaporean or Singapore PR.

Sales & Marketing Executive – Coconut Derivatives, Food & Beverage

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, actively sourcing and providing market intelligence and closure of new business opportunities
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and bringing in business that is aligned with the core competencies of the Company
  • Establish & maintain relations with B2C channel distributors
  • Promote the company brand to suppliers and customers
  • Willingness and effectiveness in coordinating with regional and global counterparts
  • Demonstrate strong salesmanship by identifying areas of improvement, customer’s business drivers, establishing value, leveraging relationships and negotiating to close
  • Proactive Account Management – Including regular client meetings & service reviews
  • Construct bespoke presentations and proposals for existing and potential clients
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks & report to Chairman and Directors on sales activity updates
  • Understanding supply chain and market changes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Work closely with sales operations team to complete the sales cycle
  • Sales portfolio may include other agri-commodities in the future
  1. Requirements:
  • A good Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the F&B industry, especially to key account customers
  • Strong network and good market intelligence in the industry
  • Strong market-driven business development and execution capabilities with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative toward a team goal
  • Creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hunger for the role, showing keenness to progress in the role quickly
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage as you will be dealing with the APAC markets.
  • Travel as require by business needs.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products and in using databases
  • Agricultural products experience is a plus.
